RE: [Chrysler300] short ram heat block shim

Could I ask if there is a consensus on to block, not to block or partially block the manifold heat to the JK short rams when operating in a temperate climate?

This is for owners of Js and ram Ks.

I was making block off shims for the short

ram heat tubes. I used shim stock and scissors and

ended up with sharp edged pieces of junk.

Wondering why I do this when I know a guy in the stamping business

......now I have nice professional block off shims

with accurate dimensions and clean soft edges.

I made extras in case anybody wants them:

Shims are $5/each with a $5/lot shipping charge.
