The car was rough in my opinion.  Had a lot of paint issues coming up.  The dash had been painted.  Underneath was original with heavy heavy under coating applied.  The auction couldn’t get the brakes to work and towed it around the warehouse to get it to the auction block.  The car was going to need some real work to be a decent driver, but far from anything restored.  If the new owner decides to restore it, will be heavily upside down.
