My 300H had an overheating problem, which was strange because as the engine temp went up, the oil pressure also went down. I believed one was causing the other. After being in and out of several shops, replacing radiator core for a Excel core, new waterpump, new bigger fan etc , it turned out my engine was not really overheating, The instrument voltage regulator which affects the voltage to the temp and the oil pressure gauge was bad. I fixed the regulator and that solved the problem. It ran VERY cool afterwards,

The cooling system with AC is new including radiators, hoses, fan etc are all in new condition.. I've installed a recovery tank but the I'm still having problems with over heating on days where the temperatures reach 90 plus.
