Do you have the suppressor on the alternator? It looks a ignition capacitor just a idea.

                    When the engine is running I hear a whining sound through the speakers on my 300 G. I have a couple of NOS Mopar ground straps but I wanted to run this by everyone first. Any suggestions to eliminate ?
