The industrial heads are not for performance, they are designed for heavy load work and at lower RPM than most automotive engines, they are also governed not to exceed their efficiency range. the Ind. Heads for the 413 look a lot like the LA engine head. Also with goofy exhaust manifolds. The 440 motor-home PN 3751218 Casting 3751213 head is a good head, but would lower your compression ratio.
