    Had the pleasure to attend the Hemmings Concours D’Elegance on the weekend of September 15-17 in Lake George, N.Y.  The banquet was held at the Fort William Henry Resort Hotel!  Sound familiar?  Anyway they announced at the end of the banquet that next year’s Concours D’Elegance will be held again in Lake George at the same venue and the featured  vehicles will be THE CHRYSLER 300 LETTER CARS from 1955-1965!!!  I almost fell under the table!  Exact date to be announced but pencil in the 2nd weekend of September as an accurate guess.  Marnie and I are trailering Mopsy to attend and probably will trailer her to the Fall Meet in Newport, R.I.  Also, Kudos to John Cote and wife Lynn for winning best of  class with their fabulous 1961 two tone blue cross-ram New Yorker wagon at the Hemmings Concours!  Forwardlooking to seeing many of you at the Lynchburg Meet!  Rob Kern
