[Chrysler300] Distribuor adjustment 57-58

Pardon my inexperience in this but is there a special tool or technique members use to get to the distributor clamp bolt  on 392 hemis?

 

I have a universal tool (like   https://guide.alibaba.com/shop/k-tool-international-kti-70600-3-8-drive-distributor-wrench_30733292.html ) but the heater box gets in the way.
