[Chrysler300] 413 Welch plugs

Anyone know of a  good source for Welch plugs (expansion/freeze/core),( disc, not cup type,) for an early 413? Counterman at NAPA and some other stores unable to help. Thanks.

 

By the way, are these sized nominally the same as the cup type for the same size bores?
