Re: [Chrysler300] 1957 300C & 64 300K Ram cars on Craigslist?

Hi,

The 1957 300C is on the Portland, Oregon Craigslist. The car is located in Richland, WA.. I called the owner, Paul, he said he bought it from an owner in Olympia, Washington about a year ago and had it hauled to Richland plus another Chrysler. He does not know the serial number. He has not done anything to restore the 300C. He said the former owner was a member of the 300 Club and has several other 300’s including a 300D convertible. I live in Portland, about 125 miles from Olympia, but do not know the former owner. I am aware that there was a person in Olympia who owned several 300’s, but he was not involved with the 300 Club in this area or the WPC Club.. Maybe Gloria might have a listing of cars in the Olympia area.

I noticed in the Portland area a ad for a 57 300C for 10k plus kind of a roach.

The engine pad on the 300K the C looks too small? not aligned the way I am used to seeing.

The engine id stamp in the one photo is most definitely a 300K ram engine.

I found the ad below on Craigslist, and am fairly sure that the description of both cars being original ram cars is incorrect.
