One of the close-ups shows the VIN tag in the driver's door jamb to be  3N571668          I can also make out the date stamp on top of the radiator as CP/DD B7   (February 1957)     The car looks pretty in most photos, but knowledgeable enthusiasts will find MANY things to nit-pick up close, if so inclined.

There is a VIN in the Ebay ad but it is not a Chrysler 300C VIN from what I can tell.
Here it is VIN (Vehicle Identification Number): GCCLOU1679

Anyone have any idea what this is?
 Maybe some kind of a VIN assigned by  DMV to a salvage car?
