[Chrysler300] Turn Signal Switch for 64 300K (w/adj wheel)

I may need to purchase a new turn signal switch for my 64 300K w/adjustable wheel.  Brad's has one for sale (price kills me) and says it is correct. The part # is 2496192  See attached pic.  Forgetting the price - can anyone tell me if this is the correct one just in case.
