Carl, The 7 is for the opposite side, as in left hand numbers are odd, and right side numbers are even, although NOT in all cases, there are some rare exceptions.

According to the parts book on the John Holst web site, part no. 2520566-7.  Not sure what the 7 suffix is for.  Same number for rear (on 4 door).  Quarter window part number is 2520900-1.
