The service manual says Group 27 for all ‘64’s with 413’s. 361’s get Group 24’s. Dunno about 383’s. See: http://www.jholst.net/64-service-manual/electrical.pdf Page 8-4. I believe all trays will hold the larger battery.
I have heard guidance that there is no judging deduction for an all-black battery with all the colorful stickers removed. Stick-on appliques are available to add to MoParthenticity. You might find some red caps to replace those 3-upcaps but NBD. Reproduction batteries cost much more and seem to require more frequent replacement than a high-quality battery like an Interstate. See Hemmings Motor News for reproduction battery ads. I have read that the original batteries were Willards and only the replacement batteries purchased from a dealer were MoPars. Pay more, get less—your call.
