I installed my Goers headliner in a 300C with both front and rear screens out. I think there were small hooks punched out of the metal frame to hook and hold the headliner in place while the glue dried. These hooks are under the screen rubbers if I remember rightly - at least on the front. I’m not sure how you would pull on the liner and get a nice even tension with the screen and rubber in place. Maybe someone else has done this but for me it was stressful enough without having the screens in the way.
Regards
Henry

Installing a new headliner
With the windshield now installed I am preparing to install the backlight(aka rear window). But while at a car show the other evening a guy with another brand said he needed a new headliner in his hardtop but you have to take the windshield out to install it.......Can someone who has installed a headliner in a 57 or 58 300 hardtop assure me I can install a new Goer's headliner without taking the windshield or rear window out? Thanks for any comments...Marv
