I have an nos (new in the box) vented locking gas cap by Stant
marked G-92A for $100 USD including shipping.
I’ve used the same cap in both my 1962 300H and my 1965
300L.

cap
Harry: Be sure to get a
“Vented” cap and one that has good “anti-splashout” capability as the tank
filler sits so low. Mine has this stamped into the steel:
“VENTED ANTI-SURGE”. No brand name and it fits a little loose so may
not be the best one for the car and probably allows a little fuel loss when full
and digging out. Check it out at the store before you pay for it—if they
trust you. Rich
