If you can remove the old bearing you should be able to get a replacement from any bearing or industrial supply. I usually get mine at my local CARQUEST  auto parts.

They are listed on Rock Auto, but are out of stock. try Classic Air.

Looking for a A/C clutch bearing for a 300E!  Where can one of these be obtained?  Ideas?
