I believe that the Black 300H convertible  is a re-bodied car done by a club member in San Jose, CA.

Check out listing 202403418134 on E-Bay.  It's a factory 1962 Chrysler 300 "Sport" with the 413 dual quad HP engine.  Interesting history!
