I suspect this engine to be from an abandoned pile of formerly Phil Nixon's  accumulation of Chrysler 300s and parts.  I know of a person who recently removed at least one of the junked cars and the owner of the property on which they rest has been trying to get rid of all of it.  I don't know the present status of his efforts.
