Steve, used Steer and Gear from Ohio, www.steerandgear.com.  Did my ’56 when nobody else would touch it.  I’d check them out.  Called the on line number and got an old salt, very knowledgable.  Took a while and was a bit pricy but otherwise nobody.  M.
