I had a '63 New Yorker wagon a number of years ago and discovered that the floorboards were close to identical to a four door sedan / hardtop.  The sedan carpet fit the floors perfectly.  The only modification was to cut off the portion of the original carpet from under the folding rear seat and sew it onto the new one for the sedan.
