This is what I can find without some serious time squinting
(seriously, these be old, and used so markings are faint and or covered 
with something that obscures the markings)

2 QTR 57        AUTO-LITE RH  102040

Packard 440 solid core is probably the most correct replacement wire
today, last found at NAPA. used to be able to but by the foot or roll

I've typed this before, the first time I bought a parts store 'over the 
counter' replacement hemi set they were NOT complete. the user had to 
reuse the sparkplug boot and afix the coil end terminal to the wireset. 
Some wiresets came with a small brad (nail) that got pushed in the 
center of the terminal to pierce the core of the wire end to improve the 
strictly mechanical connection.
