His name is Tony Arme and his shop is called American Legends Hotrods - https://alhotrods.com/ in Phoenix Arizona. He has been posting in several threads and the car is already being dismantled. This is the brown or caramel colored 300E that was sold at auction for a low price last year. He mostly does Mustangs and Chevys but he has a customer that is paying to have this car done. He’s selling the frame, drivetrain, wheels and wheel covers, accessories including Auto Pilot (with the column), mirrormatic and probably the interior and other stuff. The car has a disc brake conversion on it already. It’s going to get a custom chassis with a hellcat engine. He’s been posting all over Facebook getting a lot of grief from people but he gives it back as well. Basically it’s his customer’s car and he can do what they want to it. From: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> On Behalf Of Brian and Kathy Frank 300gforce@xxxxxxxxx [Chrysler300] My brother tells me he saw on Facebook, through some "Forward Look Mopar Network" group, that there is a guy who is "restomoding" a 1959 300 E. Apparently he is going to have some parts left over, like the engine with dual quads, which will be sold. Last mention was the parts will go on ebay. I don't know anything more and I have no interest in this one way or the other (other than I hate seeing a legitimate 300 E get cut apart for a restomod.) Maybe someone else saw this as well and can give more detail. I'm mentioning it for anyone restoring a 300 E, perhaps there will be some parts coming up for sale.
