[Chrysler300] 64 crank pulley question

Hey, I wanted to replace the four sheave crank pulley on my 300 K. This is because the one I pulled off appears to have gotten banged up in the past and poor attempts to straighten them. I had noticed my belts were shaking a bit and the PS pump was pretty jumpy as well.
I found a NOS pulley, 2465725 as the '64 parts book indicated and received it today. It is cast iron with the 2465725 cast on it.
Is the cast iron pulley correct for '64, or did someone put on a later albeit bent up stamped steel pulley? Dimensions are the same, but the weight difference is remarkable!
Allan
