PS - 

Anyone ALSO know if the brackets for the Compressor to the Block are the same from a RB 413 to a 383?

I think they are; just not 100% sure.

So these really big, really heavy Air Conditioning Compressors....

 

When they need to be rebuilt; what do you all suggest?

Any competent rebuilders in the Southern California area...that I can drive them too?

I'd rather stay stock versus go to an alternate compressor set up.

 

Any other advice in restoring the A/C system in these cars?
