[Chrysler300] 64 K idler arm question

I find that the parts book doesn't show which way the bushing presses into the idler arm. I lost all recall as to if the flange end is on the top or bottom. I would guess on the bottom where the load is. Does it matter?

I also notice in the parts book that the bolt points down with the nut below. No biggie here, just I have the chance to put it back for the next guy. I found mine with the nut on top.
