RE: [Chrysler300] 1962 Fuel Tank - Ground?

The main grounding is supplied by a metal strap that clips on the fuel pickup tube and the fuel line from the body. It basically bridges the gap where the rubber hose connects the two.

Subject: [Chrysler300] 1962 Fuel Tank - Ground?

Aside from the pair of straps that secure the tank to the underside of the car.....

Is there any other type of grounding?

Dropped tank.

Cleaned out.

Replaced sending unit / pick up tube.

Added 4 gallons.

No fuel gauge movement.

Maybe I need to add more fuel.

Maybe I need to reconfirm, underneath, the sending unit wire is fully engaged onto the sending unit stud.

Just wondered if there was further grounding; but don't think so.

Thanks

Matt Allyn
