I have used it in several 50’s cars (not 300s) I have built up from scratch and if I have any regret it’s not using more if it. It reduces noise and gives the car a solid feel and sound when closing the doors. Insulates too. Great product. Eastwood sells a cheaper version but I think Dynamat is worth the extra money.
