{Chrysler 300} Fwd: Leaking Air in Motor Wheel Wires

I sent the below to Ken but thought some might be interested in what I found printed on the "rubber band" covering the spoke ends inside. - see picture.

Ken,

Best way is to use a full tube even though the factory put a rubber "band" on the inside over the wires ends where they enter in the center. Just took tires off original wires and found this "rubber band" inside. The tires also had GoodYear tubes in them!! If you have a band in place, leave it as it may help prevent any wearing on the full tube against the inside spoke ends.
