{Chrysler 300} Back Glass Seals

Hello, everyone:

As the back glass seal on the E and others was originally installed as one piece, Quirey offers two seals, upper and lower. Any tips on cutting the seal ends with the correct angles so they mate correctly when are installed, or should they be installed first and then cut?
