{Chrysler 300} 1964 dash hood screws

Asking for a little guidance here. The PO had played around in the dash not well at all.

 

I find one screw, a 10 24 T 23 but am not sure it is one of the four that holds the dash hood to the bottom of the dash top.

 

This screw will not advance into the aluminum bosses on the bottom. Nor will a regular 10 24 machine screw.

 

If this is the correct one, does anyone have three spares which you may part with?
