{Chrysler 300} Dash light revisit 61 300G

Sorry to bore and beat you all to death with this….but I am not a mechanic or electrician, lol

 

So where I am right now is….really good push button lighting on both the shifter buttons, and the heater control buttons…but dash lights remain very very dim at max switch rotation.  Ive been trying to twist and work the headlight switch many times.  That DID help the button lighting.  So….with very dim Dome lights, but are on….what is my next step?
