POA stands for pilot orifice absolute and is used on GM cars and cars using GM systems (RR Lincoln). It replaced the STV suction throttling valve. It has nothing to do with Mother Mopar and her RV2. The RV2 does use a EPR, not in Imperials from what I understand and EPR stands for Evaporator Pressure Valve.
