Ok, spent my first full day with newly acquired 3N571390 and noted the following that I would like some input from the club:
1) The front brake cooling air intake screens are missing. Could not identify as such in pictures of the car, but that is what it is. So, while the the duct is painted in orange-red and mounting tabs are present, no screens. Should I be concerned, given the Graefen Chrysler 300C Handbook c. 1995 indicated "several low serial number 300C may not have received standard equipment front brake cooling duct air intake screen". So, given my serial number, is it considered low production number to qualify as such or are they just lost over the years? If lost and should be there, does a club member have a nice set available?
2) I am missing one half of the letter H in the CHRYSLER hood letters. Likely broke some years ago and never replaced. Does a club member have an extra letter H or the entire set of letters available? Also, given no underhood access, I assume these are installed by simple press in and out, no retainer clips of sort?
Thanks,
Darrin Bailey
