{Chrysler 300} Power Steering

I would like to know the proper fill point for the power steering pump for a 300G.  The manual says it takes 2 Quarts, but how does one know, if you fix a leaking hose where the "fill line" is (bottom of neck, middle etc)?

 

Also, assumption that ATF transmission fluid is ok to pour in?
