{Chrysler 300} No lights in dash board, antenna does not work, gas and amp gage bounce around

Elaina here, I have a 1967 Chrysler 300 convertible. (No letter).  I live in the Bay Area, CA. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction as I don’t have a clue.  
My dash lights never worked, my antenna never worked,  the gas gage started bouncing around since I had the new fuel sending unit put in. My charging gage bounces around to.
Although I have yet to see it, The last guy to fix my stereo system said he saw light smoke come out of the steering column.
Please help.
