{Chrysler 300} Black C in Wisconsin up for auction on 9/17

For those who might like to know, there is a black 300C coupe coming up at the Mecum "Elmers" auction in Wisconsin on September 17. No reserve.

The exterior looks like it could quite inexpensively be put in a pretty sharp driver condition. It's probably a fairly old repaint, but the few photos are not all that helpful in determining the true condition of the car.

There are no underside photos of the body on the website to get a look at the floor.

Under the hood begs for a major detailing. But the engine compartment pix show that everything original that's supposed to be there is present. It also has an add-on under-dash A/C unit.

The worst part is this car needs an owner who loves to do interior restoration. There is nothing the interior appears not to need. It's pretty much all there - but junk. It does have power windows.

Gloria, I called Mecum for the VIN and they gave it to me as 3N572855.  Is this a known car to us.?
