Looks like it was not prepped for shipping very well.

Should have had a piece of 1x4 or plywood bolted to it and double boxed.

Sure hope you had it insured for what ever you paid for it!

Who shipped that to you that way??

Your best bet now for getting it on the road is to find a '59-60 regular exhaust manifold and just do without the heat for now. You'll need to block off the other pipe so it's not just pumping out exhaust through the intake.

Well after a bit of a runaround with shipping, my exhaust manifold finally showed up this morning. Unfortunately to my horror it was in far worse shape than when I shipped it out. The entire manifold is now completely broken in half and there are a few little pieces of it as well that came from the middle of the break. I'm absolutely devastated as I now worry that it may be beyond saving.
