{Chrysler 300} Brighter headlamps

Any suggestions for brighter drop-in headlights for the old GE sealed beams most of us are still using in the F & G (and most of the other 12 volt) lamps?  Brand name? Source?

Wish Sandy and I could be joining you in Pasadena soon but she needs oxygen 24/7 and a transport chair to get around.  Even flying would be problematic.  Just know we would be with you if we could.
