Re: {Chrysler 300} Brighter headlamps

While most might not like to do the following full boat,  LMC truck sells beautiful looking high quality reflectors ( internet is loaded with truly junk ones) that hold H4 type bulbs that drop in if you stay with close to normal H4 watts , which I think  are in the 55 watt area . The Philips bulbs are particularly good , I want to say Crystal view or something like that .bulbs on Amazon
In my own drivers I neatly added two relays and 20 A wiring near battery starter  relay and fuse , run the feed to alternator or battery terminal on generator regulator not direct to battery so ammeter reads right . That supports 240 watts(!) I put 80 and 100 watt hi beams in . Others , bulb only are  just the 55 watt . Stock wiring is too light for high watt bulbs
Ok all you BMW with blue LED blinders , try this!
I’d stay away from LED chinese junk sold for this , just look wrong

I bought a pair of these for my '65 Barracuda and they've worked out well. Still an easily replaceable sealed beam and very reasonably priced.

Any suggestions for brighter drop-in headlights for the old GE sealed beams most of us are still using in the F & G (and most of the other 12 volt) lamps?  Brand name? Source?
Wish Sandy and I could be joining you in Pasadena soon but she needs oxygen 24/7 and a transport chair to get around.  Even flying would be problematic.  Just know we would be with you if we could.
