I sent off and received back a rebuilt vacuum switch in less than a week from Anthony Powell in Texas. We shall see how well it works. I can tell you that is looks like a very substantial job. He takes off the backing, cuts off the section
that has the brittle nipples. He then cleans and rebuilds the inside parts, then it looks like he drilled the housing to accept some hex head screws. He then puts it all back together. The new vacuum port part is a solid block of Delrin. He also cuts off the
ends where the buttons pop on and places new ends on it and pins them in place. Impressive work for a $100 or so with shipping and one week turn around time. If it works as good as it looks, I am going to find another spare and send it off to him.
