{Chrysler 300} 64 heat control valve parts

Howdy gang,

 

It seems clear that I didn’t tighten the bolt on manifold heat control valve properly and it just fell off my K while driving.

 

Might anyone have a spare assembly available of the parts circled in yellow on attached file? The Google part search showed these common back to 1961.
