{Chrysler 300} 1964 Fan Question

Hi All, I received my used AC radiator fan to replace the fixed fan that the PO had put on the car. I blasted it and double checked it for cracks. Looks good. I painted it.

 

Now I have a question. The fan is not stamped engine side or front of car side.

 

The service manual has a photo showing the “hub” portion of the fan and the blade mounting tabs facing the engine. The smooth, other than the rivets side facing the radiator.

 

Can anyone confirm that for me?

 

Silly question I know…but I really do not want to mount it twice.
