I have the printed '64 parts book.

I assume you're looking for the sliding filler that goes around the shifter handle for the automatic floor shift. If so, it doesn't look like it's serviced separately and is part of PLATE, Gearshift Selector 2499194 on page 21-33.

I have a spare b-body console top from 1964 that I can see if it has the slider in it.

The diagram is on page 23-156B, and the reference number for the shifter, or Actuator or Mechanism w/lever is in the Transmission section within 21-30-407.
