{Chrysler 300} I'm looking for a vintage car inspection service for Buffalo New York area

A car I'm looking at is around Buffalo, not a 300 unfortunately, I'm in Oklahoma so I was weighing the idea of an inspection/appraisal service rather than a $627 round trip just to go look at a car. Now I've never done this and have no idea what to expect, i'd also like them or someone else I guess to broker if a deal is reached upon a successful report and negotiation, the car has a Canadian registration, so there's that to deal with.

Thoughts? Does anyone here live right there and speak Cadillac? Any and all comments are appreciated. Thanks Jim
