In the photo I can make out what appears to be a standard 3 element regulator used with a generator. Did they use that box and employ only the voltage regulator (since a cutout and current regulator are not used with alternators)?

Don,

Sorry about the duplicate email, I’m learning how to insert pics, not sure of size limitations. I pulled up the rest of the photos and I can’t think of a better venue to share these in. The carbs were water heated, you can see the hose connection behind the large pulley alternator and the hose going to the left carb.

interesting with the windshield washer and 7 button radio were the water heated manifolds hooked up i ran my hoses but blocked them off at the front to eliminate corrosion
