LaBrecque has fabricated many panels and parts for rare cars far more complicated than the 300 G trunk lip. I'm not suggesting you use Labrecque. I'm suggesting the part can be made by experienced metal workers which is part and parcel of auto restoration. Yes it would be better to have donor car, the part in your hand, but when you don't, you make it.

Unless someone has a donor piece you need to have that made which is no big deal for a good fabricator which must exist in Georgia. My restorer in CT (Labrecque Autocraft) routinely fabs sheet metal along those lines for rare cars. Not cheap but far from impossible.
