{Chrysler 300} 300F Undercoating

My car is getting ready to come off of rotisserie (yeah) and shop wants to paint and undercoat it's belly (undercarriage) before it comes off.

Conversations with Jamie Hyde indicated 

• Under side is body color! Everything including the wheel houses, then undercoated. Fender liners are body color. 
• Texture a bit rougher than rattle can stuff and not as dull as.

So my question to the group - any recommendations on product to use?  May not be a concours car when done but don't want to do anything to preclude it - especially something relatively simple like this.
