Those pieces are aluminum but they are extrusions which have been polished, brite dipped, and hard anodized. They cannot be polished again unless the anodizing is removed first. Mine are much better than yours appear to be but I would like to improve them so I am trying to locate a company near me in FL. that will do it . No luck so far. Found companies but they haven't returned my calls.
You could do a google search for companies that do Anodizing in your area and p[ost what you find.

Hello 300ers -
I set out to complete my final interior restoration task earlier today and discovered that the passenger polished aluminum floor trim is corroded and likely beyond repair.
Does anyone happen to have a set in restorable condition for the passenger side (front and rear) of a 1962 300H?
Pictures are attached.
Thanks!
