Charlie: In our similar 300K convertible, I was able to obtain decent 2DHT rear side panels from a 300K parts coupe and cut the panels down to work just fine in my convertible. The 2DHT panels had a little kickup at the C pillar that is not present in the convertibles. Just match P/Windows, or not and carefully cut the Masonite panel. Leaving enough vinyl to wrap over the top. Some is hidden behind the top rack enclosure. Rich Barber in Brentwood, CA.
