Thats plagued the moterist since the beginning.  Whack the carb at the needle area with a screwdriver handle.

Subject: {Chrysler 300} Carter 4-barrell issue

Has anyone ever experience a carb sputtering fuel from the vent tubes?  I've attached a brief video for reference.  I assume there may be a stuck float/seat and it is flooding the chambers with fuel.  Looking for any ideas on how to resolve and/or troubleshoot.  Otherwise I may need to remove it and have a carb specialist inspect.
